Jay E. Jacobs will provide labor, equipment, materials and ingredients required for the demonstration of  "Pasta 101". Making pasta dough, rolling out the dough, and forming/cutting ravioli and other pastas as time permits.

A variety of sweet and salty snacks are specially brought in from a different country every month.

Teens and Tweens are invited to join the fun and experience flavors from around the world on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
