Bancroft ~ Pasta 101 Workshop with Jay E. Jacobs

Jay E. Jacobs will provide labor, equipment, materials and ingredients required for the demonstration of  "Pasta 101". Making pasta dough, rolling out the dough, and forming/cutting ravioli and other pastas as time permits.  Those in attendance will be encouraged to participate in the creation of homemade egg pasta dough, as well as creating a finished product through participation and conversation.  Attendees will leave with the pasta/ravioli they created, and recipe(s) and other ideas for making pasta on their own.  Sauce not included.

Pre-registration is required. Preference will be given to Community District Library cardholders.
