Week 1: August 13th - Back to the Basics of Canning -We will talk about equipment, how to find tested recipes and (and read them), types of canners, choosing produce and more.
Week 2: August 20th- From Garden to Freezer choosing appropriate containers to freeze in, choosing foods to freeze, blanching and more.
Week 3: August 27th- Getting started with Dehydrating We will talk equipment, what to dehydrate, storage of dehydrated foods and more!
This will be a three week class, on Tuesdays, you can choose to attend all three or pick and choose.
